What we look for

A small team means each hire matters a lot.

We hire generalists with a bias toward shipping, care about craft, and a real opinion about software.

01 · range

Generalist instincts

You're comfortable jumping between design, product, support, and code. Job descriptions feel limiting; you'd rather understand the whole problem and pick the right tool for it.

02 · craft

Care about details

You notice the spacing on a button, the wording of an empty state, the difference between "almost shipped" and "shipped." Users feel that difference, even when they can't name it.

03 · pace

Bias toward shipping

You'd rather build something, learn, and iterate than spend three weeks in planning meetings. We protect maker time aggressively — meetings are the exception.
